Shake it up baby now! GREEN Shakes!
Updated: Sep 19

There are many conversations and loads of expert advice out there concerning breakfast. Some say you must have a hearty breakfast and others say fast for at least 12 hours starting from dinner the prior evening. We've had success with several different approaches. One thing we've found to be awesome in the morning regardless of your style is a yummy green shake!

Some folks hear "green shake" and think about juicing up kale or spinach or some other leafy green. While this is a great source of healthy whole foods for many people it can be hard to digest that much vegetable fiber on a daily basis. Plus, they taste like grass!
Instead, we use a green powder. Take all those nutritious leafy greens and grasses you probably wouldn't eat otherwise, mix them with enzymes, probiotics and a few other nutrient dense foods to come up with a real super food. This lets us get our daily greens plus plenty of other anti-oxidants, probiotics, enzymes and more. We give our body a buffet of nutrients in the morning and feel good all day.
Get into green shakes with these recipes! (Print a copy here).
